Sian Simpkins

I’m Sian Simpkins and I’m the Life Skills manager for Colchester. Life Skills is a friendly and supportive course to help build people’s confidence and decision-making skills so they can live life to the full on a low income. My role is to coordinate the set up and running of Life Skills groups, with CCDC and St Leonard’s church, Lexden working in partnership. We will run at least two eight-week courses a year, as well as one-off sessions too. All the courses are totally free and open to all.
